A: Yes. We support custom logo printing and specification adjustments (core count, conductor size, materials, etc.), all compliant with international standards.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Flexible negotiation is allowed.
Q: What is the production lead time?
A: 7–30 working days for standard orders; 15–35 working days for customized ones (logo, special materials).
Q: Can I get free samples?
A: Free samples are provided (freight collect). Custom samples require a refundable fee.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight. Flexible terms for long-term partners.
